“Bundled Prostate Cancer Surgery Service
Uninsured patients often have a hard time finding affordable treatments. When the treatment is surgery, they can also have a hard time piecing together the components of the surgical episode and understanding not only what they are getting and what it includes but what the exact cost will be.
The Fridays Initiative was set up to help uninsured patients to obtain comprehensive, bundled prostate cancer surgery service <http://FridaysInitiative.com> .
The program is cost-efficient and transparent. The fee is fixed on the high end but is adjusted down for patients with limited means. A part of the fee may be designated by patients as a donation to a not-for-profit prostate cancer organization.
